Cancellation Policy
ITProJarvis' cancellation and rescheduling policies are designed with flexibility in mind. Cancellation Policy: Our clients can cancel scheduled services up to 2 hours prior to the start time. Please note that a fee equal to 50% of the initial price of the service will be charged for cancellations within this time-frame. Rescheduling Policy: In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice prior to the start time of your booked service. Booking Policy: We strive to accommodate our clients' plans; thus, bookings can be made a maximum of 30 days in advance. For short-notice requirements, our clients may book services as late as 2 hours before the start time. We value your time and appreciate your understanding of our policies, designed to ensure efficient and timely service to all our customers.
