ITProJarvis offers a basic remote data backup and transfer service to help customers securely transfer and backup their data to a selected backup location. Our technicians can assist with transferring data to a new device, external hard drive, or cloud storage. This service ensures that customers have a secure and reliable backup of their important files and reduces the risk of data loss due to malware, hardware failure or accidental deletion. Our experts ensure safe and efficient migration of your data with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
ITProJarvis' cancellation and rescheduling policies are designed with flexibility in mind. Cancellation Policy: Our clients can cancel scheduled services up to 2 hours prior to the start time. Please note that a fee equal to 50% of the initial price of the service will be charged for cancellations within this time-frame. Rescheduling Policy: In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice prior to the start time of your booked service. Booking Policy: We strive to accommodate our clients' plans; thus, bookings can be made a maximum of 30 days in advance. For short-notice requirements, our clients may book services as late as 2 hours before the start time. We value your time and appreciate your understanding of our policies, designed to ensure efficient and timely service to all our customers.
